Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding, configuration, and training for Gladstone solutions
- Support optimisation workshops and customer journey mapping
- Turn customer requirements into clear configurations and processes
- Learn and apply SQL and BI tools to interrogate customer data
- Help customers understand and use their data better to drive retention, utilisation, and revenue
- Translate technical analysis into plain language insights customers can act on
- Use AI tools internally to accelerate documentation, reporting, and analysis
- Act as a delivery lead on smaller workstreams and support project managers on larger programmes
- Ensure good documentation, RAID awareness, and clear communication with stakeholders
- Deliver role-based training and create customer-ready resources (guides, KB articles, micro learning)
- Coach customer teams to embed best practice
- Work with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of GCS service packages.
Requirements
- Background in Solutions Consultancy, Implementation, Training, or similar.
- Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Enjoys working directly with customers on a daily basis.
- Eager to learn and apply SQL and BI/reporting tools.
- Awareness of AI tools and a willingness to develop AI skills.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Understanding of how leisure operators work (bookings, memberships, lessons, payments).
