Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities across Europe, primarily within the semiconductor industry, while also exploring emerging needs in medical devices and commercial/defense optronics related to motion.
Engage directly with engineers, managers, and executives at leading technology companies, understanding their product development roadmaps and positioning Nanomotion’s solutions as the enabler of next-generation systems.
Shape product strategy by providing market and customer insights, ensuring Nanomotion’s development aligns with current and future requirements.
Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing—while building strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.
Represent Nanomotion across Europe, with ~65% travel mainly to Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and other key markets.
Promote Nanomotion in the market by participating in trade shows, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Technical Background – Engineering degree or equivalent technical foundation, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technologies.
5-10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in selling complex, high-precision engineered solutions, with strong familiarity in the semiconductor industry (experience in metrology/inspection is a strong advantage).
Ability to grasp complex technologies and translate them into value for customers.
Demonstrated customer and business acumen, with confidence to engage from engineering teams up to executive level.
A hunter mindset – driven, competitive, and eager.
English fluency is essential and German language is a plus.
