Responsibilities
Central HR contact person (m/f/d) for the Rehabilitation business unit management, commercial leadership and managers
Advising managers on employment, leadership and social law matters
Active involvement in shaping and implementing the HR and personnel strategy
Responsibility for overall personnel management (employee lifecycle) from onboarding to exit
Close cooperation with HR administration, payroll and specialists in personnel development and recruiting
Participation in and implementation of exciting HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization
Close collaboration with external contacts and participation in committee work
Requirements
University degree in healthcare, business administration or economics with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
Preferably several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role, ideally in the healthcare sector
Experience implementing HR projects and working with common HR systems
Independent, structured working style and strong advisory skills
Excellent communication skills, initiative and strong interpersonal competence
Ability to work concurrently on different topics and to proactively drive solutions
