About the role
- Senior Director in Quality Business Process Excellence overseeing Quality process enablement and strategic improvements in Innovative Medicine for Johnson & Johnson.
Responsibilities
- The enablement of the Quality processes and be very close business partner to the members of the Quality Systems & Innovative Medicine Quality Leadership teams.
- The process model and decomposition, ensures the documentation of processes, makes these available thru training, drives consistency and continuous improvement in line with the business needs and scope.
- Investment management for Quality Systems in close collaboration with the IMQ Strategy & Operations function.
- End to End performance management as well as tiered performance management.
- Resiliency ownership includes the foundational work on risk assessments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.
- Black Belt Certification is preferred.
- Proven overall PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX is required.
- High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment.
- Ability to build effective partnering relationships.
