Responsibilities
Assist clients and business analysts with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of ERP software and POS infrastructure
Perform POS configuration tasks during implementation projects
Manage and resolve client issues from reporting through to timely resolution
Test software, provide feedback, and perform related project tasks
Analyze behavior in live environments and recommend improvements to the development team
Maintain and update procedure and configuration documentation
Requirements
DEC or post-secondary diploma in computer science or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or equivalent role
Proven track record supporting POS systems in a retail environment
Strong familiarity with POS hardware, including cash registers, scanners, and printers
Proficient in SQL (Oracle SQL/PL-SQL) and VB.NET for reporting and simple customizations
Ability to write test cases and clearly document defects
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity and firewall rules
Strong communication (written and oral) and leadership skills
Able to work independently
