Responsibilities
Manage and resolve tickets in the global spare parts support portal, providing technical support and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Analyse , prioritize, and delegate support cases as required to meet business needs.
Maintain and manage item data in PDM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct quality control for spare part master data to support operational excellence.
Provide technical assistance for spare part-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Master’s/ bachelor’s degree student in Mechanical engineering and/or Industrial management
The feeling of being comfortable and motivated working in a technical environment with technical products
Ability to handle multiple supports requests simultaneously
A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, drive to find best solutions for our clients and products
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), especially knowledge in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365) and PDM (Sovelia)
Capability to work independently and with a multinational team
A self-driven way of working and ambition to develop your skills
A can-do and results-driven attitude
Willingness to take responsibility and ownership
