Responsibilities
Be responsible for creating opportunities for the entire Poultry division product portfolio;
Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan within the region;
Drive the sales of capital goods; justify their value and increase Marel’s market share year on year while meeting customer requirements;
Analyze customer needs and offer the best solution;
Responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up;
Participate and support the organization in commercial activities such as exhibitions;
Collect information on competitors’ activities, installed base, requirements and developments;
Responsible to meet KPI (Key Product Indicators) goals with sales and margins;
Organize and plan the equipment tests required by Sales Department.
Requirements
Need minimum a bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical, mechatronic engineering, or similar;
Relevant experience in outside business-to-business sales of technical/ mechanical systems and equipment;
Desirable experience in Food/Meat processing;
Excellent communicator;
Fluent English language is mandatory;
Availability for national and international trips up to 60% of the time;
