Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and maintain and expand existing B2B business relationships.
Identify customer needs and develop tailored solution concepts in the areas of AI & training.
Present our products and services to prospective clients and conduct negotiations through to closing.
Work closely with specialist departments, especially Marketing, to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the contact network.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports on sales development, and follow up on sales activities.
Continuously analyze the market and monitor trends in artificial intelligence and training to identify opportunities early.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization, or training.
Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at decision-maker level.
Independent working style, high self-motivation, and goal orientation.
Solid knowledge of marketing is optional but advantageous.
Excellent command of digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems.
Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills for international communication.
