Responsibilities
You advise on and sell our broad product portfolio with a special focus on heat pumps to single-family homeowners in the Mannheim – Heidelberg region.
You independently plan and structure your on-site appointments and consultation meetings, always working reliably and with a customer-oriented approach.
You ensure transparent communication and develop tailored solutions — from first contact to successful project completion.
On-site you address the most important technical questions related to heat pumps, photovoltaics, air conditioning, wallboxes, EMS and dynamic electricity tariffs.
If you lack certain knowledge, we will support you — what matters most is your drive and willingness to learn.
Our pre-sales team qualifies your leads in advance and coordinates your appointments so you can focus on customers with genuine interest.
You act as a central interface between Inside Sales, customers and project coordination and thus make a significant contribution to smooth installations.
A company car including private use is provided for your field appointments.

Requirements
You have experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales, and are passionate about renewable energies — particularly heat pumps and photovoltaics.
You work independently, in a structured way and with a solution-oriented approach in customer consulting.
You do not need to be a heating expert yet, but you bring a high intrinsic motivation to quickly acquire technical knowledge or have already built up solid knowledge privately.
With your communication skills and service orientation you build trusting customer relationships.
You are digitally savvy, learn new tools quickly and use them to optimize your working methods.
You are a team player, bring a positive attitude and actively work on shared goals.
You speak fluent German (C2 – must-have) and hold a Class B driving licence (must-have).
