Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer‑centric sales processes that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Apply Lean tools—including Value Stream Mapping (VSM)—to identify waste, streamline workflows, and drive innovative process improvements that strengthen operational agility
Manage and execute multiple cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment, on‑time execution, risk mitigation, and high‑quality outcomes
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Order Management, and additional business groups to ensure transparent communication and consistent end‑to‑end process execution
Deliver process training, enablement, and coaching to strengthen sales capability and foster an accountable and collaborative team culture
Measure and report on process performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions that support continuous improvement
Develop and execute strategic plans that accelerate sales efficiency, enhance customer value, and support organizational growth
Select, develop, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure effective operations and support a high‑performing, authentic, and collaborative environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales support with a proven history of improving sales processes
Demonstrated experience with Lean methodologies, including hands-on use of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and continuous improvement practices
Proven ability to plan, lead, and execute complex cross-functional projects; skilled in project scoping, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder alignment
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an accountable and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
