Responsibilities
**Your Responsibilities**
Active **direct sourcing and outreach** (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
Building and maintaining **long-term candidate pipelines** (AT, EU, US / Austrians abroad)
First candidate screens and ongoing candidate relationship management
Coordinating and arranging interviews with international stakeholders
Full ownership of the recruiting process in **Greenhouse** (status management, scheduling, scorecards, feedback discipline)
Supporting **university relations and early-career pipeline initiatives**
Continuously improving sourcing methods using modern tools, automation and AI
Requirements
**Your Profile**
Several years of experience in **agency research / tech recruiting** (research-heavy backgrounds preferred; not key account–driven roles)
Strong execution mindset with excellent **follow-up and “chasing” discipline**
Tech-savvy, structured, and comfortable working with ATS systems
Curious, innovative, and open to modern sourcing methods
Fluent in **English** (German is a plus, not a requirement)
