About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical demonstrations of a human resources system for public administration, showcasing features, differentiators, and practical operation with a commercial focus;
- Perform technical analysis of public tender documents (editais) as part of procurement processes, assessing feasibility;
- Conduct compliance analysis as part of procurement processes;
- Work closely with the Sales and Bids & Contracts teams providing technical support for public management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources/People Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields;
- Experience in customer service, support, or implementation in technology companies;
- Ability to speak and present in public or virtually (videoconference), with strong presentation and didactic skills;
- Knowledge of technology and digital transformation processes;
- Availability to travel.
- The following are a plus:
- Experience with ERP or GRP systems—either as a user (in municipal public bodies), implementing, selling, or supporting them;
- Experience teaching computer/information technology;
- Experience with software demonstrations;
- Experience with software aimed at the education sector;
- CNH B (Brazilian category B driver's license);
- Experience and knowledge of the public sector.
