About the role

  • Alternant RH overseeing training logistics and regulatory compliance in the HR team at Solvay. Supporting various departments with training sessions management and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the expiry dates of mandatory trainings to anticipate required training actions and optimize the number of sessions to organize
  • Centralize training needs (excluding mandatory trainings) identified by managers
  • Organize training sessions with providers to enable employees/trainees to register for courses
  • Send invitations to training participants and manage on-site logistics for sessions (room reservations, safety check-in for the trainer, etc.)
  • Handle invoicing in coordination with the OPCO (Opérateurs de Compétences)
  • Ensure budget tracking and maintain various indicators
  • Contribute to internal site communications and support the management of variable payroll elements

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably a Master's in Human Resources
  • Previous professional experience through an internship or work-study placement preferred
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Legal and regulatory knowledge related to training and payroll
  • Autonomous and adaptable
  • Detail-oriented and methodical
  • Proactive and able to propose improvements
