Account Manager serving as primary point of contact for TPO clients, ensuring smooth loan processing. Collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery within the mortgage sector.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between TPO clients, Account Executives, and our internal operations team.
Provide guidance on Verus loan programs to a group of assigned TPO clients.
Responsible for providing program and system delivery expertise while assisting the TPO client in monitoring their pipeline and closing loans in a timely manner.
Critical in facilitating seamless workflow and minimizing delays and escalating issues to ensure 'white glove' service through to the closing of each loan.
Success in this role requires excellent customer service, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required (associate degree in business preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years previous experience with first mortgage processing, underwriting, or sales support. Knowledge of non-QM and jumbo guidelines required.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, with medium to advanced Excel skills and database management, familiarity with standard mortgage operating systems.
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, reason, problem solve, prioritize work independently, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent analytical, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and partners.
