Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and lead enterprise sales activities in the banking and insurance sector.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, focusing on generating pipeline, promoting lead conversion, and managing customer accounts.
Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline by engaging banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
Guide prospects through the full sales process and ensure successful deal closure and contracting.
Build long-term relationships with key clients and identify upsell opportunities to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals, ideally in the banking, financial services or insurance sector.
Experience in enterprise technology sales (AI, automation, or software solutions is a plus).
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with strong execution and deal-closing capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional proficiency in both Hungarian and English.
Willingness to travel as needed.
