Media Buyer optimizing lead campaigns using performance marketing strategies at Interlead GmbH. Collaborating with creative and data teams to drive growth in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Planning, execution and optimization of lead campaigns across Google Ads, social and native ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
Ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA and conversion rates – deriving concrete actions to scale and allocate budgets to winning channels
Creation, testing and optimization of creatives and landing pages using AI-driven insights and tools
Close collaboration with the creative and data teams to quickly turn new ideas into execution
Market and competitor analysis, identification of new growth opportunities and trends in AI & performance marketing
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
Solid knowledge of Google Ads and native advertising (primary focus); ideally also experience with Meta and TikTok
Experience using various AI tools for campaign optimization, creative production or data analysis (ChatGPT alone is not sufficient)
Confident handling of tracking, tag management, Google Analytics, A/B testing and marketing automation
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset and a passion for testing & growth
Creative sensibility for ad assets and messaging to target leads with relevance and precision
Team player with initiative, ability to work independently and business-fluent German
