Responsibilities
Manage all inbound requests from designated accounts with strong support of client needs
Provide education to clients on IAS products and systems
Safeguard accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce
Problem solving and dealing with client and data issues
Liaising with internal teams to seek answers / understand the issue and working towards resolution
Role will include support to multi-regions and teams / stakeholders
Participate in team and/or 1:1 meeting, share updates with clients, management, and stakeholders
Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed
Requirements
4 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
Extensive Salesforce experience
Excellent client service skills
Knowledge of order to cash process, analysis and reporting
Hands-on detail-oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of client and finance functions
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent English and French language skills are essential.
