Responsibilities
Ensure alignment between the institutional strategy and program and project portfolios by supporting the definition and execution of planning, management, and governance rituals;
Act as a partner to teams, supporting ideation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of programs and projects, applying management methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid);
Monitor results, risks, and changes at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, proposing course corrections based on descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses;
Support the evolution of management systems and processes, contributing analyses and improvement suggestions based on maturity assessments and performance indicators;

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy Management, Information Systems, or related fields;
Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Strategic Management, Data Science, or related areas;
English (Proficient reading of technical documents).
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**
Strategic planning and context analysis: stakeholders, PESTEL, SWOT, value chain, theory of change, problem tree, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), etc.;
Program and project management using hybrid, prescriptive (e.g., PMBOK8, PRINCE2) and adaptive methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe);
Monitoring and evaluation of metrics and indicators: OKRs, KPIs, strategic outcomes;
Data analysis applied to management: advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for generating insights and supporting decision-making;
Experience with data collection and processing tools such as Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, among others.
