- English (Proficient reading of technical documents).
- **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**
- Strategic planning and context analysis: stakeholders, PESTEL, SWOT, value chain, theory of change, problem tree, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), etc.;
- Program and project management using hybrid, prescriptive (e.g., PMBOK8, PRINCE2) and adaptive methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe);
- Monitoring and evaluation of metrics and indicators: OKRs, KPIs, strategic outcomes;
- Data analysis applied to management: advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query for generating insights and supporting decision-making;
- Experience with data collection and processing tools such as Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, among others.
