Responsibilities
- Lead elicitation of complex requirements involving multiple stakeholders
- Act as a consultative partner in defining solutions, challenging requests and proposing improvements
- Translate business needs into clear, complete, and scalable functional specifications
- Structure and maintain robust documentation (BRD, user stories, flows, business rules)
- Support roadmap definition and strategic backlog prioritization
- Ensure alignment between business areas, technology, and delivery
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to the team’s maturity
- Validate deliverables and support acceptance/testing processes with a critical quality perspective
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical and business impacts
- Propose continuous improvements to processes, products, and systems
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Requirements / Systems Analyst in technology environments
- Experience gathering and documenting complex requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Proven track record acting as a bridge between business areas and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and active participation in ceremonies
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs with stakeholders
- Familiarity with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to model processes and flows (BPMN, UML, or similar)
- Experience validating deliverables and supporting testing/acceptance
- Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, and basic database concepts
- Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
- Analytical and structured mindset with a problem-solving orientation
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization
