Responsibilities
Identify and reduce customers' pain points
Train customers on farm management software capabilities
User pattern analysis and tracking user engagement
Inform users of software improvements
Identify opportunities for other Innovasea aquaculture solutions
Collaborate with global sales team
Manage platform subscription renewals
Generate and track all service-related issues
Support and manage customer trials
Customer follow-up post installation
Quality assurance for outgoing orders
Data analytics and customer reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science, or a related field
Experience supporting Service as a Software (SaaS) platform customers
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Good writing, communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Ability to work in Greece
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Dedicated team player
Knowledge of aquaculture farm management software
Experience within the aquaculture industry
Proven experience working with SQL, database tools, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Yellowfin)
Familiarity with CRM practices
The ability to master several languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Turkish, is considered a significant advantage.
