Responsibilities
You take end-to-end responsibility for our customer data projects and ensure smooth operations across the entire customer journey.
You manage and prioritize strategic initiatives while always keeping the customer experience in focus.
To do this, you lead agile project teams, run sprint events from start to finish, place a high value on delivery quality, and coordinate interdisciplinary stakeholders from various business areas.
You formulate requirements clearly, closely oversee implementation, review results from a subject-matter perspective, and measure success using relevant KPIs.
You ensure that everything runs cleanly, securely, and in a structured manner.
You identify useful technological innovations and effectively integrate them into existing processes and customer journeys.
Requirements
Several years of experience in project management of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a banking environment or other regulated industries
Practical experience with customer data processes and regulatory requirements
Strong knowledge of process analysis, customer journey design, and business analysis
Expertise in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), as well as traditional project management know-how
Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
Analytical and strategic thinking with a structured way of working
High self-initiative and decision-making capability, even in complex project situations
Open to cultural diversity and comfortable working in an internationally oriented environment
Good written and spoken German and English
