- Strategic development of Enterprise Architecture portfolio at infodas, focusing on NAF/ADMBw and management-level engagement. Collaborating with teams in defense and critical infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the Enterprise Architecture portfolio with a focus on NAF / ADMBw at the management level
- Shaping the professional implementation of methods, architecture deliverables and standards, and ensuring their sustainable establishment
- Developing expertise in the area of Enterprise Architecture
- Coaching teams and strengthening professional exchange
- Contributing to the further development of methods, reference architectures and standards in the context of NAF / ADMBw
- Representing infodas in committees and specialist working groups
- Supporting proposal processes both substantively and conceptually
- Positioning architectural approaches in client dialogues
- Contributing to the market perception of the portfolio
- Positioning the service offering methodologically and substantively with clients, partners and in the market
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Solid knowledge of NAF and ADMBw
- Experience in methodology, modeling and their application in complex projects
- Deep technical understanding of IT architectures (e.g. data flows, interfaces, services, IT security, compliance)
- Ability to link architectural decisions to strategic objectives
- Ideally experience with public-sector clients, defense or other safety-/security-critical organizations
- Confident and persuasive presence in presentations, talks, panels and client meetings
- Enthusiasm for making strategic and technical topics visible and advocating for them
- Analytical, structured and independent thinking and working style
- Team player
- Very good German and good English skills
