Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, managing and further developing all sales activities
Lead the seven-person Sales D-A-CH team
Develop the sales strategy together with the Director of Sales and the Head of Global Business
Network and expand existing business relationships
Identify and develop new market and customer segments
Provide personal management of key account customers
Represent the company at events and within networks
Manage the sales area with clear budget and target responsibilities
Requirements
University degree or equivalent qualification
Preferably studied at one of the Bundeswehr universities and/or have served in the armed forces
Several years of experience in sales and account management in the IT/software sector
Strong network within the Bundeswehr & BWI and/or BOS & SVI
Strong team player
Enjoys new customer acquisition and building strategic partnerships
Proven track record in new customer acquisition
Experience in both functional and disciplinary leadership of teams
Business‑fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel frequently
