You advise customers and our team on technologies, market trends and the best products available.
You bring fresh ideas and actively contribute to the development of our product portfolio.
Requirements
Experience in customer service design and with software solutions for Customer Experience
Basic knowledge of software development & system integration
Experience with project estimation, project management and sales processes
Familiarity with digital customer interfaces (messaging apps, chat, etc.)
Technology know-how in Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage is an advantage
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; high consulting competence
Business-fluent German & English
Business- and process-oriented thinking, clear argumentation
