Responsibilities
Raccogliere e analizzare requisiti e scenari operativi del cliente e trasformarli in proposte tecniche strutturate.
Essere il riferimento tecnico‑funzionale del cliente durante tutto il ciclo di vita della prevendita.
Condurre presentazioni tecniche, demo, workshop, sessioni di co‑design e attività di approfondimento con stakeholder tecnici e business.
Preparare documentazione tecnica, solution outline, BOM, architetture di alto livello, contributi per offerte commerciali complesse.
Gestire la relazione tecnica con clienti istituzionali e stakeholder internazionali.
Monitorare trend tecnologici di mercato e mantenere competenze aggiornate su cloud, cybersecurity, AI e soluzioni digitali avanzate.
Requirements
Laurea Magistrale in Discipline STEM, preferibilmente in ambito informatico.
Eventuali Master, Certificazioni, e/o corsi specifici in ambito Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architectures, Business Analysis sono considerate un plus.
Seniority complessiva di almeno 7 anni nei seguenti ambiti: esperienza lavorativa nel Ruolo di Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager o ruoli tecnico-commerciali analoghi, con esposizione verso i clienti internazionali.
Conoscenze e competenze tecniche: Capacità di analisi e sintesi di documentazione tecnica in lingua inglese; Capacità di costruire, navigare e aggiornare la “Business Architecture” dei clienti; Capacità di definire e presentare soluzioni.
Conoscenza dei principi di Systems Engineering derivata dall’esperienza in ambito Spazio e/o NATO e/o Difesa Europea.
Conoscenza degli standard e best practice di settore (es. ECSS, MIL, TOGAF, Nato Architecture Framework, ITIL).
Richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese, almeno livello B2/C1.
