Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
- 6 years related work experience in manufacturing management required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in leadership and management roles

- Demonstrated ability to manage change
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of business financial statements
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
