Responsibilities
drive revenue growth from initial market entry through scale for integrated solutions
build, manage, and expand relationships with AV systems integrators, consultants, and strategic partners
recruit, enable, and support integrator partners with training, tools, and technical resources
drive co-selling activities with integrators from opportunity identification through project close
support RFPs, bids, and large-scale project pursuits
identify, pursue, and close high-value AV LED opportunities with commercial customers
develop a strong pipeline of new projects and repeat business
negotiate complex contracts involving hardware, integration, and service
establish scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting
track KPIs, pipeline health, and partner performance
hire, train, and mentor sales managers or account executives as the business grows
serve as a subject-matter expert on AV LED display solutions, integration requirements, and use cases
stay current on AV technology trends, competitors, and emerging standards
provide market and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and service offerings
