Requirements
Over 10 years of working experience in employee relations or labour law
Thorough knowledge of Thai labour laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of fostering positive employee-employer relationships
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
