Responsibilities
Maintain, clean, and update customer data in our CRM tools (Salesforce, etc)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Support content quality checks on Boats Group listings
Assist account managers with reporting, tracking, and account follow-ups
Help monitor customer engagement and performance
Update prospecting lists and support basic market research
Contribute to improving internal processes and data quality
Requirements
Fluent in English (C1 minimum); additional languages are a plus
Comfortable working with data and interested in business operations (CRM systems, etc)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle structured or repetitive tasks with rigor
Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
