Responsibilities
Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
Own all aspects of the customer experience from the office process
Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
Create preliminary scopes of work to be passed on to estimating team
Review and validate job site documentation
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Participate in the after-hours on call rotation (Additional compensation will be provided)
Requirements
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Previous Restoration Experience (preferred)
At least 4 years of sales and/or customer service
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Must be willing to work on-call after hours 1 out of every 3 weeks to meet the needs of our customers outside of normal business hours.
