Responsibilities
Manage Value to Market projects and support execution of fragrance innovation initiatives, including strategic, technical, and creative programs
Partner closely with Scent Design Managers (SDMs) and Senior SDMs to develop compelling Holistic Scent Design (HSD) strategies
Build knowledge of assigned brands, markets, and product portfolios
Translate market and consumer trends into learning hypotheses for product and fragrance design
Map competitive products into category and benefit spaces
Identify and articulate key insights across Product Perfumery Culture, Fragrance Design (HSD), Consumer Centricity, and Technical Learning
Apply learnings from the SDM HSD Training Program (Basic level) to daily project execution
Support structured ways of working within the HSD framework
Contribute to a collaborative culture through strong execution and partnership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Chemistry, or Business
Solid understanding of the fragrance industry and evaluation processes
Good olfactive expertise (completion of an internal smelling test required)
Experience working with fragrance briefs, market insights, or product portfolios
Ability to analyze trends and convert insights into actionable learnings
Comfort operating in a cross‑functional, collaborative environment
Strong execution skills with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and apply structured frameworks and methodologies
