Requirements

- Experience in cross-process working, IT projects, IT applications, and infrastructure; knowledge of SAP and outsourced IT environments is a plus.
- Excellent questioning, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise, work on own initiative, and persevere to deliver outcomes.
- Demonstrates flexibility, proactive approach, innovative problem-solving, and ability to challenge constructively.
- BCS qualification, understanding of legal implications of data management and best practices.
