Recruiting Coordinator supporting the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at Ibotta. Collaborating with teams to manage interviews and candidate interactions in Denver.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule a high volume of diverse, intricate virtual and in-person interviews across the business
Work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to resolve calendar conflicts and troubleshoot any complications
Collaborate with recruiters to understand their most immediate interview needs and prioritize workload accordingly
Manage candidate travel and expenses
Lead all needs for on-site interviews including reserving meeting space, providing parking instructions, greeting candidates, conducting tours, etc
Send candidate NDAs and manage internal NDA documentation
Manage and track interviewer trainings
Serve as a brand ambassador for Ibotta and Ibotta Recruiting through candidate interactions, event participation, as well as internal and external communications
Maintain all internal processes, templates, and documentation
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as summer internships, career fairs, and our employee referral program
Requirements
1-2 years of coordination/administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced high growth environment
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Thorough attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing needs and priorities
Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
