About the role
- Recruiting Coordinator supporting the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at Ibotta. Collaborating with teams to manage interviews and candidate interactions in Denver.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule a high volume of diverse, intricate virtual and in-person interviews across the business
- Work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to resolve calendar conflicts and troubleshoot any complications
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand their most immediate interview needs and prioritize workload accordingly
- Manage candidate travel and expenses
- Lead all needs for on-site interviews including reserving meeting space, providing parking instructions, greeting candidates, conducting tours, etc
- Send candidate NDAs and manage internal NDA documentation
- Manage and track interviewer trainings
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Ibotta and Ibotta Recruiting through candidate interactions, event participation, as well as internal and external communications
- Maintain all internal processes, templates, and documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed, such as summer internships, career fairs, and our employee referral program
Requirements
- 1-2 years of coordination/administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced high growth environment
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thorough attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to adapt and respond to changing needs and priorities
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
