- Advise and support various stakeholders and collaborators on applicable compliance rules
- Support the Career Network and the Dedicated Network with compliance advice related to the distribution of financial products and services
- Collaborate with individual compliance advisors in monitoring business practices
- Actively participate in development projects for the Career Network and the Dedicated Network
- Contribute to the development of digital tools related to distribution activities by handling compliance aspects
- Produce and document reports for management
- Collaborate with Business Quality analysts and advisors to strengthen the compliance culture
- Participate in risk management by making recommendations, including implementing corrective measures and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or other relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the financial services sector or in a similar role
- Recognized for strategic analytical ability and an advisory service approach
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates strong rigor, good synthesis skills and the ability to positively influence business partners
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
