Responsibilities
Cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer’s growth, optimal performance, and success
Securing and developing new dealers to help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory
Planning, enhancing, and measuring the performance of assigned dealers
Service the assigned dealer base
Present products, promotional programs, etc. to dealers
Regular travel up to 60% with overnights required
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor Degree Preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high performance sales environment
Lives in a location within the assigned territory that the Company logically determines will best serve our customers
Prior sales experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tools, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, and/or powersports businesses preferred
Proven sales performer with excellent negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and transfer expert knowledge into practical solutions as part of maintaining a successful relationship with dealers and customers
Demonstrated understanding of market positioning both from a financial and product viewpoint
