Responsibilities
Managing your workload across multiple clients and ensuring target dates are met
Supporting Client Leads by preparing and managing client communications
Providing leadership for our Analyst team and support their development and growth
Establishing awards in the grant administration and/or financial system, managing award activity and monitoring expenditures, ensuring compliance with federal and sponsor guidelines and client policies
Identifying and forecasting trends in spending that exceed current funding levels, clearing all overdrafts and performing general financial reconciliations.
Supporting post-award regulatory compliance activities, including subaward monitoring, cost transfer review and managing effort commitments
Engaging in continuous improvement efforts to help solidify foundations for growth
Collaborating with internal team members during projects, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing overall project logistics
Updating workplans to support overall project execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years relevant workflow execution or process improvement experience in a team-based environment within research operations
Experience within research administration or sponsored awards is a plus
Experience supporting client communication and delivery a plus
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Eagerness to engage in ongoing professional development and apply skills in the workplace to foster a continuous improvement environment
Familiarity with research and regulatory compliance
Experience with a variety of sponsored programs
Strong written and verbal English skills
Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attentive to detail
Capable of maintaining a 3–4 hr overlap with US Eastern Time.
Located in or near Bangalore; role requires individual in office
