Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate
Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists
Coordinates special projects as assigned
Updates and maintains department procedures
Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
3 or more years of financial operational experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience with settlement of monetary transactions
