Responsibilities
Assisting with lead research, including gathering basic prospect information
Supporting the team with simple outreach tasks across email and digital channels
Updating CRM records and helping maintain accurate customer data
Shadowing BDR team members during prospecting and qualification activities
Helping compile summaries, reports, or insights for sales colleagues
Participating in workshops, training sessions, and regular team meetings
Learning how the sales team uses tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
Contributing to general administrative or project tasks as needed
