Responsibilities
Directly assist leadership with implementing strategic initiatives.
Present HUB's value propositions, differentiators, and capabilities in internal sales meetings and client-facing presentations.
Contribute to the development and management of RFPs, proposals, briefing documents, sales sheets, and other collateral.
Drive awareness and adoption of new tools and systems across teams.
Use Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to produce effective materials.
Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders and across regions.
Conduct market research to assess the current landscape, identify competitive dynamics, and understand industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management, public relations, or a related field preferred
Experience supporting insurance sales or prior experience at an insurance brokerage preferred but not required
Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; working knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and SharePoint preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative work style
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and dependability
