About the role
- Senior Integrated Product Lead managing development of New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle. Engaging in test planning, execution, and program metrics management.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and operations of New Glenn, a heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle
- Engage with the test planning and execution teams to ensure stage-level testing supports verification and validation plans
- Manage key program metrics including budget, schedule, and resources
- Work closely with design leads & other program managers to generate status reports, resource plans, and Technical Program Metrics (TPMs)
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or technical degree
- 5 or more years of Project Management experience
- 10+ years’ experience leading projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities
- Strong analytic skills with an acute attention to detail
- Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- M.B.A. (preferred)
- 15+ year of demonstrated ability in a Production or Test Environment (preferred)
- 10+ years of proven experience in test planning and execution (preferred)
- Direct experience with large aerospace development as a Cost Account Manager or Program Manager (preferred)
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) (preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing Certifications (preferred)
- Self-starter, strong bias for action (preferred)
- Experience with Primavera (P6), MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Tableau, SQL, MySQL, Power Query, Power Pivot (preferred)
