Responsibilities
Product Owner with experience in Credit Bureau (Serasa, Quod, SPC, or data companies) and a product management profile with knowledge in building dashboards, in addition to the other requirements pertinent to the role.
P&L and Profitability Management: Directly responsible for the product's financial health, tracking revenue, costs, and margins to ensure ROI on deliveries.
Analytical Vision and Reporting: Creation and maintenance of executive reports, performance dashboards, and KPIs that translate product behavior into business metrics.
Value-Based Prioritization: Definition of a strategic roadmap focused on growth and monetization levers, going beyond the operational aspects of squad ceremonies.
Roadmap and Squad Leadership: Full lifecycle management of the product within the squad, ensuring refinement, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria are 100% aligned with revenue strategy.
Business Discovery: Identification of opportunities in the conversion funnel and market analysis to optimize the portfolio's financial performance.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and data analysis to support complex decision-making.
Results Focus: Continuous evaluation of product success through real usage and revenue metrics, not just delivery speed of code.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in digital product management roles.
Experience in the Credit Bureau segment or data companies, with practical knowledge of products, services, and solutions from players such as Serasa, Quod, SPC, or similar.
Business knowledge of credit data, customer registration, scoring, data enrichment, antifraud, risk, eligibility, underwriting, or related solutions.
Experience in end-to-end product management, from discovery through delivery and performance monitoring.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
Experience building, monitoring, and evolving executive and product dashboards, focusing on performance, usage, conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency metrics.
Knowledge of defining and tracking KPIs, product metrics, and business indicators.
Experience with product and backlog management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams such as technology, data, commercial, operations, UX, and executive stakeholders.
Analytical capability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and support metrics-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of requirement gathering, prioritization by business value, and roadmap management.
Strong communication skills for conducting alignments, refinements, ceremonies, and executive presentations.
Experience with data-oriented products, API integrations, and consumption of structured information is a plus.
Familiarity with visualization and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
Collaborative, organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership of the product.
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in day-to-day activities.
Preferable experience in regulated markets, credit, financial services, data, or analytics.
