About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing strategy and execution of identity and audience platform at WB Games. Lead initiatives for player account creation and engagement across multiple gaming platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and execution of player identity and audience management capabilities at WB Games
  • Help establish a unified, data-driven foundation for player account creation, engagement, analytics and activation across mobile, console and PC games
  • Drive improvements to account creation and account linking flows, define integration standards for studios and partners, and ensure identity data is effectively leveraged to support large-scale audience creation and activation
  • Collaborate closely with WB Games studios, central engineering teams, analytics partners, publishing, design and external platform partners to translate business and studio needs into platform capabilities

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably on platforms, identity systems or data-oriented products
  • Proven experience with identity systems, authentication or account linking, or with customer data platforms (CDPs)
  • Experience working with analytics and data teams, with the ability to define metrics, analyze user journeys and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven experience with developer-facing products, such as SDKs, APIs or integration guidelines
  • Experience with mobile, console and PC game development teams is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of live-service environments, player lifecycle management or audience activation flows
  • Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, publishing, analytics and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent product strategy, roadmap management and prioritization skills
  • Good understanding of user identity concepts, account systems and data organization
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with funnels, metrics and audience performance data
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable in ambiguous contexts and able to create clarity within complex platform systems
  • High standards for product quality, data integrity, scalability and privacy-aware design
  • Ability to balance a long-term platform vision with the immediate needs of studios and the business
