Responsibilities
Prospectar activamente a personas o empresas con propiedades en renta o en proceso de inversión.
Detectar oportunidades de negocio en plataformas, redes profesionales y referidos.
Asesorar al inversionista sobre los beneficios de operar su propiedad con Homie.
Comprender las variables clave del mercado inmobiliario mexicano (plusvalía, rentabilidad, demanda, etc.).
Gestionar todo el proceso comercial en el CRM: seguimiento, llamadas, correos, reuniones y cierre.
Mantener comunicación constante con los equipos de operaciones, marketing y legal.
Requirements
Formación finalizada en Administración, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería Comercial/Industrial o afines.
Experiencia comprobable en Ventas
Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con alta demanda de tiempo y productividad
Interés real en el mundo del real estate, las inversiones y la tecnología.
Habilidad analítica y comunicativa para entender necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones claras.
Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
Manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales (CRM, plataformas online, Google Workspace, etc.).
Capacidad de trabajar con datos y ser capaz de analizar métricas
