- Planificar, coordinar y organizar todos los agentes y tareas relacionadas con los proyectos (mediciones, planos, elaboración de propuestas…)
- Elaboración de los pliegos para los concursos de asignación de empresas subcontratas.
- Supervisión técnica de ejecución de obra, mediante visitas a la misma.
- Coordinación de equipos externos intervinientes.
- Gestión y control de costes de proyectos.
- Gestión y evaluación de la calidad de los proyectos.
Requirements
- Grado superior en arquitectura/aquitectura técnica.
- Nivel alto Autocad y Presto.
- Valorable conocimiento de Revit.
- Experiencia previa en gestión y ejecución de proyectos.
- Se valorará nivel de inglés.
- Vivir en Madrid o alrededores (el puesto de trabajo está ubicado en la ciudad).
