Benefits
Autonomy: work from wherever you want — develop an area you love or know well
Flexibility: set your own hours
No mandatory office attendance, no compulsory weekly meeting, no required prospecting timeslot, etc.
Compensation: 70% commission (fee retrocession) immediately after the notarized deed of sale if the mandate is sourced by you; 30% on signature for an assigned lead (when you sell a property from a seller contact assigned to you); 10% of the margin in the case of a purchase-resale operation
Renovations: we generally resell properties as-is, but if a refresh or light rehabilitation (not major structural works) would significantly improve resale value, no problem — obtain quotes from your trusted local contractors, forward estimates to Management for approval, and prepare the property for resale
Referral bonus: €1,000 after the first sale by a new agent you referred (you receive the bonus once your referral completes their first sale)
Support: daily/weekly check-ins with Vanessa (Management), Yann (senior adviser), Charaf (sales assistant), Lucile (data & CRM manager), Chloé (legal manager). Field appointments organized in pairs with advisers near your area
Inclusion in WhatsApp and Slack groups. Everything is set up to help you get off to a strong start in the first months
Tools: a comprehensive CRM to organize and share business, a highly accurate valuation tool, and an internal messaging tool for responsiveness
Leads: homeloop bonus — we pass on an average of 5 to 10 seller leads per week per Adviser. It’s then up to you to make contact, meet, analyze the project and timing, and determine the best option: sell at the estimated price or sell quickly via our immediate purchase
Training: a complete onboarding during the first 3 days, then ongoing free e-learning throughout the year
Marketing: we order and send your personalized marketing pack with your name and contact details — business cards, flyers, signs, and a digital portfolio. We quickly multi-post your listings on well-known property platforms including SeLoger, Bien’ici, Leboncoin, Belles Demeures, Ouest-France, Green-Acres...
Fulfillment & Team: annual events with all Group collaborators (employees and agents) in France or abroad, fostering team spirit and genuine personal and professional relationships while remaining independent
Sponsorship: work in progress — we are currently developing this at homeloop
CSR: social and solidarity support — homeloop and the Benedic Group support the pediatric service of private hospitals in Metz and the Rose And Roll association, which promotes breast cancer awareness and screening
