Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Load & Haul Division
Develop and maintain integrated analytics solutions
Analyze market and business trends for opportunities and risks
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics
Act as a champion for AI adoption and promote digital capability
Design and implement automated workflows and productivity tools
Generate predictive market insights with AI and advanced analytics
Develop and manage Power BI dashboards ensuring high-quality visualization
Train and support users for data literacy and analytics-driven working
Requirements
Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
Few years’ experience in data management, analytics, market intelligence, or similar roles—preferably in a global environment
Technical proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization) and the Power Platform
Familiar with AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling
Curiosity and proactive mindset
Analytically strong, organized, and skilled at turning data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Finnish is an advantage
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage priorities effectively
