About the role
- Sales Representative responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships. Operating primarily in Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, optimizing distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Aktive Akquise von Neukunden sowie Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Vertriebsgebiet Süddeutschland, Österreich und Schweiz
- Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und Geschäftstreffen zur Förderung des Vertriebs
- Identifizierung neuer Markt- und Vertriebsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets
- Präsentation von Produkten und Dienstleistungen beim Kunden vor Ort
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Veranstaltungen zur Präsentation des Unternehmens
- Pflege der Kundendatenbank und regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei vertriebsbezogenen Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich ÖPNV oder Rail
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und darauf einzugehen
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und selbständige, zielorientierte Vorgehensweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und möglicherweise international
