Responsibilities
Operational support of the international sales management in day-to-day business as well as organizational support for international sales activities
Management of scheduling, including planning, coordinating and tracking appointments with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings, sales appointments and international customer visits
Support in organizing and planning business travel, including travel documents and coordination with internal and external contacts
Creation and preparation of presentations, analyses and sales-related documents
Maintenance, analysis and processing of sales data as well as preparation of reports and status overviews
Support in preparing calculations, quotations and sales materials
Maintenance of customer master data and ongoing orders in ERP and CRM systems
Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics, purchasing and controlling to ensure smooth processes
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in inside sales or in an assistant role
Structured, reliable and goal-oriented working style, with strong organizational skills
Flexibility, initiative and a proactive approach to new tasks
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with international customers and internal teams
Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP) and very good German and English skills are an advantage
