Responsibilities
You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across multiple markets.
You will help create and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
You will assist with campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation to closing.
You will help qualify leads, prepare customer contacts and assist with meeting preparation.
You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan initiatives with us and take responsibility for smaller projects independently.
You will help define relevant KPIs with the team, analyze sales activities and derive optimization opportunities.
You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Operations to support our sales strategy holistically.
You will monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your findings to our strategic planning.
Support with maintaining the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preparation of sales reports and performance dashboards.
Preparation of product demos or customer presentations.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics or a comparable field of study.
Ideally, first practical experience in sales, marketing or business development, e.g., through internships or student assistant roles.
Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
Confident use of Google products (particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
