Responsibilities
Provide excellent account management and customer support
Act as the single point of contact for assigned Channel Partner accounts
Maintain and grow established accounts
Support new business to achieve company revenue and waste volume goals
Ensure adherence to contract terms and pricing at all locations
Conduct profit/cost analysis of current management methods
Requirements
Bachelors degree (required)
3+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role (required)
Experience in the hazardous waste or environmental field (preferred)
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role within the hazardous waste industry (required)
